Adults ages 50+ years young have their own portal in the Employ Florida Marketplace.  Whether you are looking for work or volunteer opportunities, Silver Portal will help you find the perfect match.

Low Income Adults
Low Income Adults may access career planning services to assist them in developing a successful career development plan. This may require individual case management. This program provides assistance to jobseekers requiring additional help with their job search to re-enter the workforce in career positions.

Unemployed Adults recieving Unemployment Compensation
Dislocated Workers are unemployed workers who have been terminated, laid-off or have been notified that they will be terminated/laid off. This program provides assistance to jobseekers requiring additional help with their job search to re-enter the workforce in career positions.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Florida’s Welfare Transition Program is a temporary cash assistance program structured and designed to help clients transition from welfare to meaningful employment.
