Qualify for Youth Services

Youth Services has programs for In School and Out of school youth between the ages of 16-21.

To be eligible for youth services:

  • Out of school youth: 16-21 years of age
  • In school youth: junior or senior in high school
  • Have one or more of the following barriers:
    • Basic literacy skills deficient
    • A high school dropout
    • Homeless, runaway or foster child
    • Pregnant or parenting
    • An offender
    • Meet WIA income guidelines

Are you interested in the Green construction practices? 

If you are between the ages of 18 and 21 you may qualify for a current opportunity to obtain your National Center for Construction Education and Research Certification (NCCER)!  Learn more!

Beyond High School...

To earn good money for your future you need to continue learning beyond high school.

Youth Employment Success Solutions

     Youth Employment Success Solutions is a dynamic approach for youth (ages 16-24) to improve and develop the required skills and knowledge to succeed in the world of work.  By understanding and practicing key employability skills, students will gain the wisdom to prepare for their career desires.  A partner product of Work Certified Solutions, we have a solid foundation of understanding the desirable skills ought by and requested by employers.  Additionally, with the support of several educational institutions, we have a recognized approach to success through our training programs for success and results for employment and career growth.  YESS is offered by Work Certified Solutions to develop and strengthen our youth for their future!

Program Length: 50 hours = 40 hours classroom with 10 hours additional outside activities (The program scheduled can be customized to fit your agency needs.
